i got a new respect to sedan owners

i am a g35c owner with some mods as you can see on the bottom, and i just came back home kinda playing around with a '05 (i think) g35 sedan (plate : mors g? is this person on this forum?) on 405fwy (so cal) and wow he was fast?!? i was so full of myself thinkin i would easily smoke a sedan, but was i wrong! we hit bout 120~ish and he could really keep up with me, although i was eventually 1/2 ~ 1 car ahead at every pull... utterly shocked.

time for more mods...

it looked VERY stock to me. thats why. oh yes, i meant to say "stock sedan", not "any~ sedan" really, no offence to sedan owners. i am considering trade with one myself!

Yea you definitely wouldnt "smoke" a sedan considering that the stock sedan is faster and lighter than the stock coupe. looks can be decieving.

Ok, he says his isn't stock and you have no idea if the other one was stock or not.

Anyway, don't be snippy to the guy coming over and saying he doesn't have the high and mighty coupe owner attitude. That just gives those who DO have it some reason to think it's valid. We deserve our props but not everyone realizes that it really is the same car with 2 more doors. Had someone tell me the other night (you know who you are ) that the sedan G was actually closer to the 350Z than the coupe was. I state no personal opinion either way since I know NONE of the stats of the 350 but I can tell myself it's true with the source it came from.

My friend raced a new 330 4 door bimmer in his coupe. He had 2 passengers and 20 inch wheels and the bimmer driver was alone, but it still wooped him a good few car lengths. At least the coupe looks better than the sedan right

sdkingka, it's nice to hear some props from a coupe owner.

Whoever's car is faster, just know that if I DO ever get a chance and actually smoke you, I will STILL be wishing I had your car instead of mine I love the way the coupe looks.

Depends on who you ask. I prefer the sedan however the hubby and the kid especially prefer the coupe. My son asked if we could go get a red coupe a week or so ago. Like we would just go get another car because that is what he wanted us to have. LOL!! Ya'll think he is spoiled maybe?

Hoping one of us wins the monthly giveaway of the model so I can tell him that I got him a red coupe
