Do you have the intercooler? Will that fit behind the Aero bumper?

When you say better suspension, do you mean coilvers? I have the tokicos and Tein springs.

After the car is dialed in and you are happy with the output, no noises, etc.. is it just regular car maintenace? Oil changes, tune ups, etcs?

I have thought about getting another car that already has the internals that has the sink-in-your-seat stock, but what fun would that be? Everyone would already know what I'm coming with. I think the Stillen is close to enough to "sleeper" without being too flashy.

Oh btw.. Love your ride.. cleeeennn. And i dont know why people dont like the hood. it looks nice to me. Thanks again...
Thanks...no prob.

The stage 2/3 comes with a intercooler. I had to trim the aero kit for it to fit, but it was easy to do. Overall i'm happy with it, but I do get annoyed with the occasional belt squeals.

Your suspension setup is fine. Just get bigger rims/tires otherwise you won't be able to put that power down. As far as the stillen being a sleeper, I would not agree with that. The hood gives it away and most definately when you get on it people will know that you are definately not stock cause it does scream.

I have the Coupe 19's and I know they are skinny for 19's. SHould I just upgrade to wider tires (255's) or get a fatter rim?

Thx again for all the input. looks like im saving (hopefully for the spring)

Hey,

The stillen sc will not be the fastest supercharger out there, but i can tell you that it will be alot easyer to live with. 2003z,(a member on my350z) ran a 12.87 with his stage 3.

Although i havent been to the track i can tell u that this car gets up and goes. I have ran against a 2005 audi s4 with a chip, full exhaust, headers, no cats, and intake and i was pulling ahead until i missed a shift in 3rd.

Most people will wonder what the fu ck u have under your hood as the have never herd a roots style supercharger at WOT!

After i raced this s4 he insisted i pulled over so he can check my car out. He said it sounded amazing.

I dont really condone racing on the street, as many of my friends have been in accidents while not even racing, however the day i got my sc installed i went home took a shower and was going to go to my friends house to show them all the sc. As i pulled off my street i realized there was a very very loud Subaru wrx behind me, as we pulled off the main street he turned into the left lane i was in the right and we begain to race. I had just had the sc installed and i was still breaking in the sc, so i shifted at 4800rppm and blew that wrx away. When he pulled up at the next light after i had blown him away he said that i had the sickest g35 he had ever seen and said he had a stage 2 wrx. That stage 2 wrx would blow the doors off a regular g35.

Another day, i pulled up next to a s500 mercedes and when we ran a little bit, he pulled up at the light and said, "was that a shot of nos i just heard?" lol

If you want a car that will run just like a stock g35, but when u step on the gas will turn into a diffrent beast the stillen is for you. The stillen wont cost u money down the road, and it wont be a mod that will cause u to break down on the side of the road. It is simply set it- and forget it.

If you want a car that is very very very fast, ask any member that has a car like that, it is very very very expensive, and will not be simply buy it and forget it. If you think you are just going to buy a greddy twin turbo and install it and forget it, you are very wrong. I would say you will blow your engine within 2 months.

Here are a few pics, as i know alot of stillen sc owners are to lazy to post pictures.

Wow.. nice.. What Stage do you have? Any pics of the Intercooler? You didn't upgrade your rubber and you get enough traction?

What Stage do you have? I have the stage 2. I thought about going stage 3 or even a custom stage 4 but for now im happy with the power. I hear that there is a company working on some upgrade for the stillen sc.

You didn't upgrade your rubber and you get enough traction? Yeah, more traction would be nice, i am planning on getting new wheels very soon and plan on throwing some 285/35/19's in rear. I will use some very sticky tires like PS2's or even maybe a r-compound tire.

Good reviews, and great pics. The hood looks 10x better that I thought it would! So for $7K, which is basically the difference between the G and any of it's german competitors, you can build quite a monster. The benefit being once it's installed there's almost nothing left to worry about other than regular maintenance. This may definitely be my choice someday if the G ever migrates from daily driver to weekend racer
