I have the V Block 35% all the way around it's a step above the ceramic tint meaning it blocks all UV light. I don't even want to mention the price I paid for the tint but it does look like the ceramic tint but is a little more reflective

Incidentally, it compares well to Llumar film because it is, in fact, manufactured by the same company, CP Films.
And by the way I guess you can consider me a stalker I have the link to pictures of your car from when you posted on freshalloy back when you added the factory kit.
Here is the link...http://www.tsotech.com/tso/?cmd=photo-category&id=26

Not necessarily, 3M now makes Color Stable Tint, lifetime warranty, includes if it fades!

I had Forumula 1 tint on the F-150 that I just traded in October. I never had any problems with it and really enjoyed it.

On another note, I did not have the installer pull the door panels. In my experience, pulling door panels is always an invitation for rattles (at least on the domestic trucks I owned prior to the G).

That was my next question guys. On shop swears that in order to get a good tint and cut the proper size of film, and even avoid contaminanst, the door panels need to be removed and the rear shelf tray area as well. The other shop does claims that those steps are not necessary????

Formula One is good stuff....and no no need to remove door panels or shelf if the installer knows what he is doing.

All I know is that it is called V-Kool and it does not allow any heat into the car too bad I can't have it on my wind shield and at night time I can see through it very clearly. Here is a link to their website for more information....
