Update!!!!

Just installed the Optima Yellow Top 51R.

Fits great with room to spare and now my fuse box for my amps fits way better.

I instantly noticed the difference in power, and now can see how my electronics were actually reducing my performance because of how much power they were drawing from the stock battery. The performance was instantly returned back to the pre-system install state.

what are the options for the yellow top?

A fellow FGC member of mine just installed the marine deep cycle d51 IIRC.

He has a lot of electronics in his coupe and thought that since the marine batts are great for sustained usage that it would work well in his case.

 

If you don't have a big stereo than you can go with the red top battery. Is this correct??

 

Yeah red is best for use while driving, yellow is best if you plan on drawing a lot of power without the engine on
