290 I would believe, but 390 and I call BS...290 is impressive though.

I believe 390. I've gotten 600 km more than once, and that's about 370 miles. That's 100% highway driving though. Mixed city/highway I get about 450-500 km, which is 300ish miles.

Why call BS. My 03 6MT sedan delivers about 27mpg on the highway when keeping the speed below 75mph. I've done several long road trips (>24hours straight) with my G and a quick look at my mileage spreadsheet shows the max I've gone on single tank was 448 miles, but I could have gone more as the fillup was a little over 16 gallons.

Here's a copy and paste from the spreadsheet. Fields are Date, miles, gallons, octane, total vehicle miles, total vehicle gallons, Notes. If you don't believe me I'll post the whole thing as I have a record of every fillup since the car was new.

June 18, 2005 448.1 16.213 93 39222.2 27.63831493 1725.785 FL road trip, all highway

I'm assuming this was probably mostly highway. Why is everyone so quick to call BS? 380/18 is about 22mpg which is nothing out of the ordinary. I've seen as high as 24mpg cruising on the highway at 75mph with three people in the car. In 95% city driving, I see about 17-19mpg depending on the weather (winter = 17mpg because of crappy gas and cold starts).

I totally believe 390 miles. I regularly get 400+ with my 03.5 5AT. But that is 90% highway. 24+ MPG is easy if you keep your foot out of it.

Yeah. I was just gonna say. 22mpg isn't all that exceptional. I do have to give you credit for having the ***** to go that far without a fillup and to watch the needle go below E.

Freeway only driving on long trips, I get 23-24 mpg, or around 400 miles per tank, assuming 17 gallons for fill-up. Around town, though, it's much lower, maybe 16. I usually average about 17-18 mpg. The gas mileage is the only thing I don't like about this car.

The 390 was half city /half highway. I'm just glad I didn't run out of gas
It took 17.5 to fill back up, Little over 22 mpg

No B.S. -- that's about 22 mpg's (with 2.5 gallongs left in the tank) and easily attainable on the Sedan with some careful driving.
I could get 25-26 mpg (all hwy)- (U.S. gallon) on my Sedan by prudent driving and staying within the speed limit.

Not sure what the higher hp versions are capable of, tho.
Mine was an '03 260/260.

Seabass, the gas gauges in our g's are very optimistic. You still had 2.5 gallons left. I've run my Sedan and Coupe down a lot further.

Last fall, I had 469 miles on a tank of gas. 18.5 gallons to fill up. This last weekend, I had 435 miles on a tank of gas (18 gallons).

I get 350 on 60% hwy driving, with only having put like 17 gals in. So, I believe the 390.
