LOL... nice. I actually reported someone for that in Nashville... the cop showed up and slapped his hand and sent him off. Literally. A stop sign was laying on the ground, and the cop said "Now, that's not nice. Go home, and don't do this again." I just looked at the cop incredulously, then said, "Um, isn't that a crime?", to which he responded, "Too much paperwork." that story goes well with my "got into an accident with some bitch who didnt have her license on her" urgh sometimes i just wonder whats the point of having [censored] laws if cops wont enforce them. I believe that, depending on the state, you have 12-48 hours to prove you are a licensed driver. Some people forget their wallet, have their purse stolen, etc. so it's understandable if perhaps you don't have your license ON you... all they need to do is run your SSN on their computer anyway to see if you're licensed... that should be enough for the interim, considering they'd be sent a physical description.

i live in canada, i think they have the same rules but i mean ive seen other friends who were pulled over for that same thing charged even after coming back to show their license and getting [censored] over
