The only specs you have real control over is the toe and MAYBE the camber to a very slight degree.

It also depends on what YOU want. Z specs are by nature a bit more agressive

YES it would be OK to get it aligned to the stock 05 sport sedan specs. If you have it aligned to the 350Z or coupe specs it will just be a more agressive setup.

My alignment update:
Specs after installing 05 350Z full suspension and before the alignment:

Front:
Left: Right:
-0.8 Camber -1.5
8.3 Caster 9.3
-0.01 Toe 0.00

Rear:
Left: Right:
-1.5 Camber -1.3
0.12 Toe 0.04

Specs after alignment:

Front:
Left: Right:
-0.9 Camber -1.4
8.3 Caster 9.3
0.05 Toe 0.05

Rear:
Left: Right:
-1.0 Camber -1.0
0.07 Toe 0.10

How are these specs? They mentioned that I should purchase a Camber kit, but I just said no

Not claiming to be an expert, but I'm pretty sure you want to align using the G35 Sedan specs, not 350Z specs. The G specs are derived from the longer wheelbase, and narrower track of the sedan, and you'll want to maintain those as closely as possible to minimize tirewear and keep the steering geometry.

Hi...

I had my X lowered last week with unrevised z springs. I called up a shop today to ask for the alignment price. They asked if my car has been lowered and I gave them the details. They said since it's lowered now, they can't do the alignment for me even if I bring the specs to them. They said I need to go back to factory. Reading from this thread, it's telling me otherwise. Can I just go to an alignment shop and give them the below specs and have them align it back to the stock g35x specs?

https://g35driver.com/forums/attachm...5&d=1148444876

Also, do I need 2 wheel alignment or 4 wheel alignment?

Thanks !!!

Yes have them use the AWD spec. The might not be able to get dead on and make sure they give you a print out of what you did align to this way you can decide on whether or not to get a camber kit.
