07 G35 sport limited slip

I assume the new G35 sport will have the identical limited slip as before
My 03 sedan has an open diff which is a dissappointment with trac control off
Does the limited slip ever help with trac control on? I would think wheel slip would be controlled electronically first.
With traction control off, how long does it take the spinning wheel to transfer to the other side?

I'm no expert, but I'd say the LSD would help in both cases. Without traction controll, the benefits are obvious, but even with traction control, I'd say the LSD will still help get equal power to both wheels and the traction control will be less likely to kick in or at least kick in much less.

You don't want the TCS to be acting as an LSD, it's a very artificial form of slip control. It's great for foul weather conditions, but not so great on a track, it's just going to eat up brakes and not be as quick. Unfortunately, Infiniti's LSD is a viscous type. A Torsen or similar system would be better because they have the ability to limit slip before it ever occurs.
