Pricing is in!

My dealer said the 2007 Sedan pricing is in!

I'm trying to get a break down but he told me my car that I'm looking at which is a Sport with Nav, Tech and Premium will be $39,700.

Wow!

I can't believe I am going to pay almost that much on a Honda Odyssey when I could be buying a new G35!

That sounds about right. I imagine the AWD model fully loaded would finish around $40-41k.

And if you add the Rear Active Steering, the '07 G35 Sedan is over $41k. That's close to IS350 and BMW 335i numbers.

I priced the IS350 and its about $44,000 for what I would want so if I could get the G35 for under $40,000 I'd be pretty happy.

Yep...my IS was just over 44K and I think the G has a few extra features that I'm missing! 40K is a steal for that car. I was quite pleased with the updated interior...pics don't do it justice.

fyi - the BMW 335i comes with a sunroof and Xenon Adaptive self-leveling headlights as std. equip. However, being that I ordered an almost fully loaded '07 BMW 335i Coupe (auto/step, prem, sport, paddle shifters, navi, confort access (similar to Intelligent key), active cruise control, and Sirius sat radio), the MSRP is $51,990, and I got a $2k discount (sellling price is $49,990), a similarly equipped BMW 335i is about $9k-$10k more than the '07 G35, but worth it...to me anyway (see my thread -- https://g35driver.com/forums/g35-sedan-v36-2007-08/122096-yet-1-more-07-g35-sedan-test-drive-real-infiniti-fan-current-driver.html ). No need to argue about it...to each his own.

I wonder if the dealer I went to will call me now and try to entice me to trade in the 06 for the 07.

The price gap is even bigger in Canada between my 07 G and a comparably equipped IS350.......$9700 to be exact. Given the lack of interior space and almost $10k more, the IS350 didn't even enter the picture.

I agree. The IS350's interior is like for small monkeys; similar cramped feeling as the Acura TL, and let's not even talk about the IS350's back seat. Also, the IS350 might be fast in a straight line, but it can't keep up with the G35 or the BMW 335i around the twisties. Plus, the IS350 exhaust is still silent...no sports sedan exhuast note whatsoever; afterall, it is a Lexus! It's still more of a "lux. performer," rather than a "high perf. lux. sports sedan," and not worth the $$, imho.

The Tech package should be around $1000-1200, right? Because I am not getting that. But I am getting the splash guards and cargo net. They better not charge me a leg and an arm for that, then I'd rather trade it in for the tech package.

Did you get any discount or is the quoted price MSRP?
