Well, I was talking to the sales manager two days ago about delivery of my car and they said that when the main Canadian shipment came to the Vancouver port they got the first row of cars of the boat and then the strike came along. Those cars are the ones that the dealers got for launch this week and a few for sale. All the remaining cars, an entire boatful, are still on the ship in dock in Vancouver. Since they do not know when the strike will end and they have millions of dollars tied up in cars on a ship they are trying to send the ship down to Los Angeles, unload the cars there and have them shipped to Canada by rail. Expensive, but cheaper than leaving them on the boat...

Shane, I guess we will be waiting a while yet for our cars...It sucks....

I heard the same thing. If they get moving right away with the plan, that will delay the delivery for at least another two weeks.

I hate unions and strikes !
Friggin' idiots - didn't they know the G was coming ?? Maybe they did and that's why they're striking now.
Just fire them and hire immigrants -- want us to send some across the border ? We got plenty !

I feel for you guys -- hang in there ..... your baby would arrive soon !

What?? Returned to Japan??

Why is my G going back to Japan? That seems kinda stupid if you ask me.

I hope, for the sake of all Canadians that orderd a G, that this is not true.
