Had various Buggies prior to a 1998 Camry ---> 2005 Altima 2.5s ----> Did research and saw a 2004 G35X and said SHEEEEET that's my car. Liked the Altima 2.5 a lot but holy SHEEEET I love my G. Got a lot more vehicle for same price (purchased in Fall of 2006 so it is used) and a lot more hair on fire performance. Fully Loaded G with less miles than my basic 2.5s (purchased new) a little less money overall. Definite upgrade

Traded in my 2005 White 4 Door 4 Cylinder Accord. The Honda was a great car, but I dare you to find a more boring ride on the planet. I now have 2007 BO G35 Journey. Talk about going from one extreme to another. I have a Kool Aid smile every moment I am behind the wheel!!!

71 MGB - had no top, could not afford it...
89 Civic SI - 1st new car, the most reliable
92 Mitsubishi Eclips GSX - HKS modified 300 rwhp
93 BMW 325i - awesome handeling,steering, dismal reliability
94 Mazda RX7 R1 (410 rwhp!), 11 mpg, gas was cheap in 1994...
95 BMW M3 - awesome car when not in the shop...sold as soon as the warranty expired.
04 Mazda RX8 - best handeling car I ever owned, gas guzzler
92 Mazda miata - my current track toy, fun!
06 MB C350 - wife's car, boooring!

I think the G35S is the best overal: Faster than the M3, handels almost
as good as the RX8, the most comfortble and so far very reliable.

I came from a 2003 Acura MDX. Loved it, was very close to getting the present model but didnr want to spend the extra cash. THey wanted 640 a month for the TEch pack and i wanted to lower my payment, was payin 600 for the MDX. I was also looking at the TL-Type S and could have had it for 530 a month, but i deffinately preffered the G, by far. I see way to many old people driving the TL, but unfort, starting to see more older people in Gs aswell. I do live in the center of G-ds doorstep (South FLorida) so its a given. My 1 hatred of the G is my tire wear, 16k and my sport tires are trashed, and have been for about 2k now.

Just last week, I went from a 1995 Toyota Camry DX 4cyl to a new/used 2005 G35 sedan. Definitely an upgrade. I have been eyeing them since they came out and getting rear ended gave me the opportunity to get one. Here are some pics.

2003 BMW 325XI (Purchased new) to 2008 G35X (premium, nav). UPGRADE.

The Infiniti blows the doors off the 3 series, even the 2008 328XI i test drove with respect to luxury, comfort, and reliability. No contest. My Beamer was always in the shop for little annoying things like sensors constantly wearing out. Granted mainetence package covered all visits, but I cant get back my lost time to keep taking it in.

I came from a Acura Legend and finally upgrade to a G35. I still own my Legend but the G is a lot more fun.

Leased 08 G35xS for my wife to replace her 04 Cayenne S.

Unfortunately there is nothing sportier from Infiniti as I would love to get one as well, so am considering getting a GTI as a DD and a Lotus Elise as the fun weekend car.

I have been seriously considering an Elise as a weekend car too.

I've had an 86 Acura Legend, 98 Civic VX, 2000 Integra GSR, 2002 RSX, and a 2006 Acura TL. Just upgraded to the 2008 G35xS. My first departure from Honda/Acura and definitely think I made the right choice.

90 Pontiac Grand Prix, 98 Ford Thunderbird V8, 2001 Acura CL-S, and now the 08 G35S. The Acura was hands down a better car than the two previous domestics(which completely feel apart at the end of their lives). I almost got the Tl-S but wanted to get back to the RWD. So far 650 miles and the G has been great.
