upgraded (grew up) from a Baby Blue 1991 Toyota MR2 NA. Veilside body kit, Konig MP3 wheels. Looked great, but I was tired of the ricer look. BIG upgrade in power, style, prestige, and of course....stares

came from a 1999 C230 Kompressor Sport. biggest piece of **** ever. constant repairs at $120/hr shop cost, got horrible gas mileage and had the unique ability to have the suspension stiff enough to feel every bump on the road, but soft enough to wallow in the corners like a freaking yacht. So glad i'm out of that vehicle.

2003 Honda Accord Coupe Ex-L. Great looking car. This G is my first NEW car that i have bought. I had always wanted to drive a car made for enthusiasts, a car that had clubs, and people had discussions about - basically a car which is a cult in itself. Could never afford one earlier.

The other day, i was driving down and another gentleman in a G was driving in the next lane. He knew i was chekcing out his car and i knew he was checking out mine. Then he gave me the thumbs up and sped off. It felt real neat to be a part of the G Cult. I felt that i could finally acheive a part of what i have always strived for. I wonder if you guys know what i mean. Just wanted to share some feelings.

Came from a 1998 Audi A4

I owned a 1998 Audi A4. Bought it new. When I sold it in 2007, it had about 70k miles. Loved its handling - was 4-wheel drive. I did not like its lack of horsepower, so after research, bought the G35. A comparably-powered Audi would have cost a lot more money.

I like the G35 Journey because it has a nice body style; huge amount of horsepower, and modern accessories - like navigation and hard drive. I also like Infiniti's reputation for dependability. I don't like its occasional abrupt acceleration and its poor gas mileage, but I knew about the gas mileage before I bought it.
