Wow!!! What an upgrade!!!? I bet it's a downgrade on the wallet unless you got it as a gift from parents or something!

 

Had a 1995 Nissan Skyline R33 Coupe AT in Japan. Got a 2005 G35 Coupe 6MT now.

 

95 dodge stealth w no turbo,

I had a 2003 Lexus ES300. Super comfortable, but didn't fit the way I drive. After I wreck that car, I was in the market for a BMW 335i or a G35/37 and went with the G. Too many issues on the 335 for my taste. I also have a 2008 Viper, but I probably have more fun in the G!

 

Had a 94 Acura NSX... Was with the X for about 8yrs before we departed ways. Eventually get her back soon!!!

 

I was driving an 03 Chrysler 300M, but decided to get something a little smaller for my daily commute. My wife has the 300M now.

I upgraded from a 2001 1.8T Jetta Wagon to a 2003 G35 Coupe. HUGE upgrade.

I got rid of a 2006 cts-v for a 08 G35S MT sedan. I got to give a downgrade in the power category because with headers, exhaust, tune, shifter, and sways my v was a animal. The rear end was ungodly noisy and I cant believe GM would not correctly fix this issue and that was one of the main reasons I sold the V. The other was the need for more road/family features such as bluetooth/more cup holders, heated seats. So for creature comforts I would consider the G as a upgrade. I cant Wait to get some mild mods such as CAI, CBE, brake pads, SS brake lines, and some good fluids and go do some HPDE's and AutoX's. Otta be fun.

 

gsxr 1000 here Got hit by a car and bike was totaled. Time for a safer vehicle.

 

^ should've bought a yamaha instead of a gixxer. Just kidding bro; glad to hear you didn't get hurt. I've had a bunch of close calls and I have thought about selling my bike, but I can't part with her yet.

 

I got the Gixxer because I worked for a Suzuki dealership and I was able to get a decent price. But between us, Yamaha (strictly engine performace) outdoes the Suzuki. And I know what you mean about close calls. Just take care out there my friend. I still have my riding jacket, the one I was in the accident in. I wear it sometimes, in my G.
