Best Method to Contact Infiniti on Issue?
+1 that scrolling thing is freaking annoying especially as you said, if there are 20 gas stations or nearby POIs and you can only see 5. That sucks.
That being said I feel like some of these things SHOULD be locked out when driving. Take the video for example - I'm not sure I want someone to be able to play a movie while they're driving down the road. What happens when it gets to that really good part and you just have to watch for a few seconds?

++1. I got used to my Garmin nuvi 350, which lets you do anything even when you're moving. There's a setting so that you can limit what you can do while moving, but I don't use that setting. There's also a legal disclaimer when it boots up, just like the Infiniti Nav. IMO, that should be good enough for the lawyers.
A few months ago, I was behind car (I don't recall the model - it was either a Nissan or an Infiniti). The car was driving very erratically, and couldn't stay on its lane. It turned out that they were watching a video on their GPS! So, I understand not allowing video to be played while driving, but not being able to use all the features of the GPS is IMO a major pain. Sometimes, on really long car trips, I'm tempted to take my old Garmin nuvi with me, since I or my wife can find points of interest easily without us having to stop the car. However, I've resisted the temptation to bring the Garmin - makes it harder to justify the ~$2k for the GPS. But, I must say, it's very convenient having the GPS in the car. It's there when you need it (unlike a portable GPS, where you have to wire it up and take it down when you leave the car for security reasons).
