What happens with the door handles?
I went to close the door the other day and it just bounced back at me. I gave it a few nice slams but the same result. I pressed the door in place and locked it so it stayed closed but now it wont open.

When I talked to my dealership they said that they have seen a few.

Drivers seat is fine (well it could be warmer and heat faster) The main issue is with the passenger seat. Set on high it heats only the seat and on low it heats only the back.

My passenger's seat does it the opposite, the back only on high and the seat only on low.

I got a call from my dealer, Major Infiniti today and they said they now have the ok to repair the heated seat and have ordered parts. Yeah, I know it was 80 degrees today, but at least it's getting fixed. Thanks to those who worked hard to find a resolution to he problem. kudos.

Update

My car is in the dealer right now getting my heater seats fixed (dropped it off last night before they closed). I will let you know how it works out. Also, they gave me a Blue Slate loaner. I really like the colour.

Did you test it out before leaving the dealership?

Sorry, what a pain in the ***. Hope you get it fixed soon. I just asked the manager at my local dealership and he's looking into it.

1) So you're saying both driver's and passenger's seats aren't hot?
2) Were you having problems with the passenger's seat before (only seat bottom or only seat back heating up)? If so, is that issue now fixed? Maybe they connected a new harness to only the passenger's seat and didn't do the driver's seat. According to the TSB, the dealer is supposed to connect new harnesses to both driver's and passenger's seats regardless of which seat has problems.

1) Both the driver and passenger seats are not hot.
2) I think that they both heat up not but are not hot at all.

My wife has the car today but this is what she told me. I will have to check it out for myself when she gets home from work.
