Official 2007 Infiniti G35 Negotiated Deal Thread
#136
I went to visit a local NE Phili dealer about two weeks ago. He quoted me $1800 off MSRP without any hesistation...but I was not ready to buy. I then received this email from him today:
"Take delivery December 2006 of a new Infiniti of your choice from our inventory at only $200 over dealer cost for most vehicles (1) sold fom inventory, including cars still arriving this month.
(1) one exception: 2007 G35 Sedans with navigation and/or technology at $800 over dealer cost due to their scarcity."
I plan on waiting another week or week and a half and seeing if they will get me to invoice...if so I will buy, if not i'm waiting until ~ March.

Model: 2007 Infiniti G35 Sport
Packages / Options: Premium, Nav, Cargo Net, Splash Guard
Amount Below MSRP: I paid $1400 over MSRP, I think that's about $1600 under.
I know I paid too much because they accepted so quickly. No trade-in BTW.
The only thing I bought in the finance dude's office was a clear bra for $650 (he originally wanted $899).
My short list was a 335i or the G and I'm loving the G! No regrets at all.

I just signed a purchase order for a G35x Platinum Graphite / Stone leather with Premium package and splash guards for a bit under $34.5K before TTL. Planning to pick it up next Saturday.
I originally also wanted Navigation, but that option was in short supply so I let it go. Some arm twisting was required, but salesman really wanted my business and gave in.

New G35 6 MT Sport
Just picked up a 2007 G35 6MT Sport Platinum Graphite/Stone with Pemium, Nav, spoiler and splahguards for $1800 under invoice. I feel it was a good deal because they gave that price along with $16,500 for my 2003 G35 6mt. Other dealers I visited were only offering me around 15k for the trade.

Real price....
When reporting the price that you paid for your new G, it'd be nice to compare apples-with-apples. How about everyone agreeing to include everything except the Destination Charge, and TTL?
That would include all fee like:
...These fees all add on to the dealer's profit, and should be considered as part of the purchase price.
That would include all fee like:
- Documentation Fees
- Dealer Prep
- Advertising Fees
- Etc.
