Can you guys specify where you are located and maybe the dealership you go the deal from? If this is in Socal, please PM me the details if you don't want to make it public. Thanks

Go to http://www.edmunds.com/new/2007/infi...ize/index.html and select the model you want, click on the "price with options" tab and it will show you invoice with whatever you select.

On the previous page, I have the information that you are looking for (see page 10 of this thread). I'm in NE Phili. here's my first post to save you some time.

I went to visit a local NE Phili dealer about two weeks ago. He quoted me $1800 off MSRP without any hesistation...but I was not ready to buy. I then received this email from him today:

"Take delivery December 2006 of a new Infiniti of your choice from our inventory at only $200 over dealer cost for most vehicles (1) sold fom inventory, including cars still arriving this month.

(1) one exception: 2007 G35 Sedans with navigation and/or technology at $800 over dealer cost due to their scarcity."

I plan on waiting another week or week and a half and seeing if they will get me to invoice...if so I will buy, if not i'm waiting until ~ March.
I did a bit better than what he offered in his email, but was probably shorted about $300 on my trade, but it was still better than any of the other 9 dealers within 50 miles from me would offer...as a matter of fact several dealers told me I would be crazy not to take that deal (most dealers I spoke with were closer to $1200-1500 off MSRP).

Just picked up my 07 G35 Journey on Tuesday.

Platinum Graphite no Nav, double 7 spoke wheels.

MSRP $35,400
Paid $34,400

Dealer included at no cost to me, Sirius Radio that was not installed, quoted $695 plus install cost, plus window tint and wheel locks.

So I got $1000 below MSRP plus about $1000 in additional items not from the factory.

Thought it was a good deal so I went for it. The car is for my wife because the lease on her 04 E 320 is up next month. However I get to drive it until then.... Poor Me!!!!!

I only ended up spending a litte over an hour haggleing over the price. I went in prepared so it was fairly painless all things considered.

I am new to this forum and I just picked up my '07 G35 Journey on Saturday the 30th. I wanted to see if getting it on the last day of the month and year would make a difference. It did. I wanted a Journey with Premium and Sirius. They had one without the Sirius but it had the Performance tire and wheel package--I got them to add the Sirius to this unit and when all is said and done it was $2100 off MSRP. I am in Las Vegas and the only 2 dealers we have are owned by the same family. One of the dealerships has a $4995 sticker they call "Fair Market Value" on all '07s. I went to the other and they were more than happy to take my money. It is sitting in the garage all snug just waiting to be driven. I am waiting for a call to have the Sirius installed--they had to order the shark fin painted my color. This car is an amazing value and they make heads turn.

That's fantastic! So that's like, $36,646 ($35,946 + $700 Destination), right?

What have ppl in the S.F. Bay Area been able to negotiate? I'll be in the market soon and am curious. Right off the bat, I was to get about $1100 off MSRP in my emails with a salesperson in the area. I wonder if it was just a ploy to get me to the dealership. Or, if it was a semi-serious offer, I wonder if I can bring it down some more since the initial $1100 off was so easy to obtain.

I would be happy with $500-1000 over invoice.

From what I've read, you should be able to get at least $1000-1500 off MSRP. It's a little tough to negotiate anything starting upwards from invoice pricing. I ONLY recommend Serramonte (talk to Claudio) or Oakland (talk to Pamela). Tell them Gary Leung sent you, and see if you can get at least $1250 off MSRP.

Damn! You lucky dog, you. I bought it from the first shipment of cars (they arrived the last week of Oct), so I was surprised to even get anything off MSRP. Where did you go, and when did you buy yours?
