I know some of you have huper or some other competitor.

Do you see ghosting on any of your glass? esp the back glass or the side windows under certain light?

It looks like streak marks.

do you mean light blurring? I have that in my car with regular tint, and I think it's due to the way the defroster lines are and not the tint.

Do you mean reflections on the read window defroster?

If that's what you mean then the answer is YES.

BTW, I have Huper Optik ceramic tint. I had the same effect on my 04' coupe. A bit annoying at first, but you get used to it quickly. I don't even notice it anymore (it's still there, I just gotten used to it).

I have the thick huber optix film and had some translucent spots(soap residue) but it goes away after a month or 2. Its usually near the edges but definitely not elongated streaks like yours. How long ago did you have your tint? Is it only at certain angles or does it look like they stretched or heated it too much?

nah.
some people say huper optik tint shows flame patterns when you try to shrink the film to fit the window.

you sure you guys don't have the flames, as seen in my pics?

i've got the huper ceramic. i've noticed some small bubbles on the sides of the front passenger window and the aforementioned irregularities in the rear windshield (caused by defrost)

i called the tint shop and they mentioned that the bubbles should go away within 1-3 months...

i have some small marks like yours also on the rear window, they've also told me those will go away...

but if they aren't gone in 90 days i'm taking another trip back to the tint shop.

Oh... that kind of ghosting....

Yeah, I have a little but nowhere near that bad. It looks like a bad install. That "ghosting" is moisture trapped between the film and the window, which should evaporate eventually, but I would take the car back to the installer as it is definitely more moisture than what you should expect on a new install, let a lone, a few months old one.

Good luck.
