Don't get too upset - take a gander at lexushelp.com they seem to have a lot more problems than our Infinitis.

Looks like another "Suby" troll.

We'll see a post from "wrx rocks" next...

Don;t worry. The Subie boards get plenty of trolls also.

i have some nagging issues, like wind noise, rattles, clunky 2nd gear, etc.

my bigges problem on the car is that i have a hard time redlining each gear, without my passengers screaming at me (my wife asks if i am crazy and my son tells me we're going to get busted). wish infiniti comes out with a fix soon.

I have put 13k on my car in 4 months and have one small rattle that only occasionally happens in the passenger door speaker. That and the sunroof lining problem, but thats nothing...

With 3700 miles, I have the following complaints:

1. The gas mileage has been 16 MPG combined, which is well below the 19/26 advertised.

2. The front drivers-side carpet rides up over the accelerator pedal, does not fit properly, and it is really cheap and ratty looking. If someone told me that Infiniti contracted with Wal-mart to have these made, I would probably believe them.

Purchased April 2007 and now have 7K miles. Problems so far

1) one of the moonroof rubber paneling keeps coming off.
2) minor bluetooth issues (sometimes I get an incoming call and no one is actually calling me).
3)Faulty TPM.

I'll get them fixed under warranty next time.

After about 2100 miles...

Sunroof finisher (popped back into place myself)

My dealership puts an invisible bra on all of their new G's. So I don't have any issues with rock chips yet. So far, my grill looks fine...except for a couple of dead bugs I've collected this week. My gas mileage could be better, but it's so damned hard to keep my foot out of the throttle sometimes. I still seem to average around 19-20 mpg though.

Was the invisible bra free? If so, what dealership did you get your car from?

Well, I'll clarify a few things. My car actually came from Nashville...but I bought the car in St. Louis (Plaza Infiniti). The dealerships traded some inventory. Anyway, it's the Nashville store that puts the invisible bras on their cars...not the dealership in St. Louis. There was a charge for it...it was actually a package that included the invisible bra, a wind deflector for sunroof, and wheel locks. But, I negotiated the price of all of that stuff to zero since I didn't ask for any of it, and the car had about 300-400 miles on it when I took delivery...it was driven from Nashville to StL. That gave me the ability to negotiate a better price too. Anyway, I took the sunroof deflector thing off already...I like the way it deflects the wind, but it looked butt ugly on my roof.

It will be interesting to see how the bra holds up after several thousand miles...I never had one on any of my previous cars.
