My passenger side piece was hanging half off 2 days after i got the car, i just clipped back in place.There's a little groove it slides into.No problems since.

i would take it back to the dealer, have 'em remove the sunroof, and fill it in with a piece of bolted lexan.

Mine did the same thing recently while on the highway...I was like what the heck was that??? Thought it was a bird or something lol

I'm taking it back to my dealer next Fri to have them fix...I'm picking up a factory touch-up pen from parts as well so not really a wasted trip.
