Auto transmission jerk or 'hiccup'

sensitive throttle
I just took my G35x sedan in for its first servicing and after reading all the posts here decided to have them flash the ecu. I basicaly just lied and said I was having some troubles with my cruise control (ive never even used it), then I told them I'd done some research and found a TSB relating to it and the fix was to flash the ECU. The guy looked at me surprised at first (I was wearing a misfits shirt when I went in to the dealer) then was like "no problem, we've done a couple of those recently. They also took care of the key issue.
When I got back in my car the next morning, it was like night and day. The car drives so goddamn smooth now, taking off from a stoplight is a thousand times better and none of the power is gone. I'm glad I found this board and took the advice of the people. Now if I could just get a backup camera my car would be perfect. I shoulda got the tech package.

I have a similar problem with my G. No matter how hard im driving or how slow i am going there is always a jerk at 3rd gear while in MM mode. I leave it in D and i never have an issue. A problem i have seen lately, apart from the 3rd gear jerk, is the hiccup? While in gears 3, 4 or 5 while engaged already or "locked in" if i floor it i get this slip feel. Its more like a quick gear change, even though i havent shifted, then the car is off. It is more like being in 3rd, 4th or 5th gear at around 2500 - 3000 rpms and then flooring it. I get acceleration for about 500 rpms then a stutter then im gone. Again this happens in the higher gears not the lower set ( 1, 2 ) . Is this the same thing you guys are talking about? If so, what can i tell the dealer? Unless this is considered "nomarl". Again this is only in MM mode, i never have any problem in Drive.
