i would definitely bring this up to the service manager and the dealer sales manager and bring this matter to the highest exec at the dealer as you can. documentation is your best friend if something else is to go wrong and you file a lemon claim. I would also express your dissatification with the service and/or reliability of the car. Just bring hell and call corporate infiniti if you don't get anywhere with the local dealer. Wahtever you do, just don't let them slide this under the rug and not leave a trail of maintanance issue.
