I would recommend to file another claim for diminished value of your car.
Especially since pretty much the whole rear half of your car is damaged and will result in lowering the value of your car when it's time to sell or trade in.

Damn danny deez. I thought my litle 2500 worth of damage to my rear bumper and quarter panel was stressing. That looks bad.

Ouch, too bad for the damage. On a brighter note it looks like it only needs a new bumper cover.
I remember when mine got hit I bounced back with alot of mods! Something to think about, hmmmmmmm?
