My car has a brain!!

so about last week my front left window was leaned on and then from then on i would have to hold the button to get the window up instead of just pulling it back once to make it go up. today i started my car and after testing the window it worked once again, the car repaired itself. the button worked again

I donno i thought this was very interesting, anything similar with anyone else?

sounds like you just reactivated the auto-up feature(which was somehow de-activated) by holding the switch in the up position. Very smart car.

If it becomes self-aware you're in trouble.

In case it happens again....

The user manual has this initialization process in case the automatic window feature stops working....

Depending on the environment or driving conditions, the auto reverse function may be activated if an impact or load similar to something being caught in the window occurs.
If the windows do not close automatically or if the power window automatic function (closing only) does not operate properly, perform the following procedure to initialize the power window system.

1. Push the ignition switch to the ON position.
2. Open the window more than halfway by operating the power window switch.
3. Pull the power window switch and hold it to close the window, and then
hold the switch more than 3 seconds after the window is closed completely.
4. Release the power window switch. Operate the window by the automatic
function to confirm the initialization is complete.
5. Perform steps 2 through 4 above for
other windows.
