Just leased a g35x with premium.
2k total out of pocket, $430 a month. Also got out of my last lease turn in fee, and didn't need to make that last payment ($400.00).
They also gave me some money from my last lease trade in.
I got a 36 month lease. I would try to see what they prices out at. I bet it will be lower from what I have seen. The car is under warranty, so why not one more year??

They said they gave me 2k from my car (the lease was ending). They probably only gave me 1k and dropped the negotiated price on the car but whatever, same difference.
It was kinda nice to be ending a lease and get money back on a trade in for a car I don't own. I take good care of my cars and the lease buy back was less than it's current retail price.

I have never heard of that before but I really haven't researched it.
My 2005 lease is up in about 4 months, and I only have 20k miles on it. I'm only using about half my alloted 15k miles... And I'd love to get some more value out of what I have paid in.
Did they offer this to you right off the bat?
I'm a little perplexed at how this works... They essentially bought it from the leasing company for the final buy out fee (I assume), plus give you some money because they'll be able to sell it for more than that buy-out... (substantially apparently)
I wonder how much the dealer would normally purchase it for from Infiniti Finance, once the lease ends. (E.g, I wonder if Infiniti Finance makes some money off of it - and in order to get you to buy a new Infiniti, instead they wanted to give you that extra money)
I'm really hoping the G37 comes out this year... I'll happily extend my lease to get one.
