I'm looking to add aftermarket sub and amp. I'm not very tech savy and I'm reading all my options. The JLW6v2 are a 4-ohm. What does this mean? I'm looking at a Kicker Amp 08ZX400.1 and it is only rated at 200 watts RMS at 4 ohm. Is there a way to get the 400 watt RMS at 2-ohm out of this amp??? Someone please help me out, I'm not getting any response from the AV&E in the Tech Forum.

 

i think the W6V2's are dual 4 ohm, so if you wire that single sub in parallel it'll be 2 ohm
