Question Removing the Infiniti trunk emblem????

Im sure this has been posted before lol but if you remove the logo on the trunk it wont leave holes on the 07 sedan right? Cuz i just got all the badges and was checkin the nissan emblem and it has two little rods on the back, i wasn't sure if some one mentioned that the trunk doesnt have holes on the 07....any who i was thinkin of sanding down the rods and maybe that should work????

There will be no holes on the 2007. It's already been done.

You want to put a Nissan emblem on back? If so, you'll have to cut off the pins and sand down flush. I would have thought the Nissan emblem on the GT350 should be a stick on as well.

IMO, I'd stay with the Infiniti logo unless your car is a right hand drive.

I used dental floss to take off the "Infiniti" emblem, but I couldn't get the double sided tape clean off the paint so I put it back on. Normally I would've used a rubbing compound called Clean Cut, but my car is black so that would've been a no no. Any suggestions?

I used heat and WD40, but not at the same time!

Blow dryer.. and some goo gone to clean off the residue.
It was a PITA to get off all that junk.
Took me literally like an hr to get all it off clean.
Becareful not to scratch the paint, it's easily possible.

Goo Gone works very well as long as your willing to put in a little effort. I think you'll be happy with the results if you use it.
