That could explain your 10mpg. 0mph with the car idling = 0mpg
Stop and go (mostly stop) is horrible for car engines.
Did you calculate the 10mpg or is that just read from the car computer?

I can't seem to average better than 18.5 on my 06 G35 Coupe 6MT, even if I tried. I do about 60% street, 40% highway.

The most I have ever squeezed out of our tanks is 335 miles :-/

this is all highway driving. i took the pic when i got off, after having it in nuetral down the half mile off ramp, so, no i didnt go 45mph on I95..ha. i kept it at 60. when i got on, i reset the the count, and then watched what it droped down to when i got off. it usually stays around 22 off the highway, depending on who pulls up next to me

i'm trying to hypermile this tank of gas and see what the difference is on my wallet, problem is, its taking forever...haha. "i wanna go fast." hopefully it'll save me a decent amount thats worth me drving with a 'feather-foot.'

anyone one else done this in the 07 35x?

10mpg-read from the car computer and 200 miles (City only) per tank-20 gallons=same result.
But today I find out big progress Computer reads 15.8 MPG-same (City only) with the AC OF for the all week.

I have over 1800 miles now (had my G35x for about 5 weeks) and I've averaged over 20MPG (about 20.7 to 21.4) with each tank full. This is with at least 90% highway driving with little traffic, but with a heavy foot and driving over 70MPH on many occasions and plenty of hard acceleration (from 1200 miles up). I drove the car fairly sedate during the first 1200 miles and each tank was around 21.4MPG. Since then I have been accelerating harder and that has dropped my MPG by about .5 or so. So, not a huge difference. If I drove like a grandma I'm guessing I could probably squeeze another 1 or 2 MPG with my average of 90%+ highway driving. I believe the average speed with each tank full winds up being in the upper 40s if I remember correctly.
