  • iKey recall
  • TPMS sensors can go bad
  • Howling wind noise on passenger window

I've experienced these, car has been flawless otherwise and they weren't a big deal.

My 07 is awesome in my opinion. I great step up from the previous gen. I had zero problems with my 05X & almost none with my 03 but the 07 gen is sweeter in every way.

The only problem on the 07 that I have and many do is the piece of crap grills.

I have had minimal problems with my 07 G35 Sedan.

-front grill pitted badly, was replaced by Dealer with no problem
-I-Key was recalled because of occassional problems when located close to cell phones. I never had a problem but it was replaced as a recall.

-some people complain of poor mileage, it isn't the best but I believe a lot of the problem is caused from a heavy right foot. Again I don't have a problem with the gas mileage, it is what I expected.
-some people also complain of the sensitive gas pedal in the 07, no problem for me.

They are nice cars . There are no major problems that I know of.

^^^^ let me correct you. I found one huge problem during my first year of ownership...ADDICTION....you become Physically and mentally addicted to driving the G. In some cases this form of addiction could turn out to be a serious problem but in most cases its just turns out to be the norm.

+1 on no serious problems with the 07 Sedan. Dealer took care of most items Wayne mentioned with no problems.

My 2007 so far (aside from recalls):
-steering rack replaced (creak when turning)
-bose amplifier replaced (pop on startup)

I love the car though...Nissan did a great job!

Other than having my grille replaced under warranty due to pitting, I've had ZERO issues with my 07 Sedan.

Replaced an exhaust tip which (due to its loose attachment) caused excessive in-cabin exhaust noise. ECF reflash (excessive throttle tip-in on 07 models). Exhaust noise is still somewhat there, I may have to replace the other tip or the problem could be something else. No other issues.

Rubber type material for interior door handles scratch up way to easily. Other than that, this car is amazing.
