Very Close!!

hey guys,

im currently looking at an 07 G35x fully loaded with every single option ( premium, nav, tech...) it has 17k on it and the dealer quoted me for 26k
the car is OB with graphite interior. i posted another thread some time back and somebody told me that i cant change the front bumper to the Sport bumper if i have the ICC option..is this true? and if so, is there anything i can do to change it anyway?? ive looked at the nismo lip and others but i like the way the sport bumper looks much better... so with any luck ill be driving that car off the lot pretty soon

-thanks

Sounds about right. The KBB value stated 27.5k for a fully loaded 07 G35X Sedan

At first I thought it was "too low", but sedans do depreciate quicker than coupes (My kbb value for an 06 Coupe with premium package & 21k miles is $25k).

Goodluck!

.

Yes its true, if you have Nav, then you have the ICC sensor. Its because they are located in 2 totally different areas. If you didn't have Nav, then you could gotten a sport bumper without the ICC bracket installed. It would've been a clean swap.
The Nismo lip spoiler still looks really nice a Journey bumper. Quite a few people have them already, and they look amazing. No one has it on a sport sedan yet. There are just pictures of it on a text bumper.
From what i herd also, if you get a sport bumper with the ICC sensor. It still wouldn't work do to the placement.

I hit a coyote on the highway and cracked my front bumper. Knowing that I needed a new bumper, I asked myself if I wanted to get a Sport bumper, or a new bumper and then order the Nismo lip from JapanParts.com. The lip was way out of my price range. At the shop, I asked for them to order me a sport bumper. It was ordered, painted and 3m'd.
They went to install it and the sensor hole didn't line up. The ICC sensor is in a different location and a simple bracket wasn't possible... there's no room down there and the shop decided that they wanted nothing more to do with the attempts for the new bumper. I ended up waiting another 2 weeks for the whole job to be done again with the correct bumper. Lesson learned.

After the job was complete, Rick @ Riverside got the Nismo lips available to us for half the cost of JapanParts and I grabbed one.
I like the look of the Nismo Chin Spoiler and I'm now happy that things worked out the way they did.

I got mine through Rick @ Riverside.
It came pre-painted and the price was $400.95, shipping included.
When I first found this spoiler, it was close to double that price by the time you got it here.

Here's the link to the spoiler deal.
