Opinions needed

I'm thinking about doing some new things to the G and I need some opinions. I think I'm going to get the midnight grill, debadge the trunk lid and take off the "Infiniti" letters, tint the tails and put on a FI exhaust. What do you think? Thanks.

Debadging takes me back to my Civic days. I like spread of I N F I N I T I on my trunk, nicely done to me. But anyway, whatever floats your boat. Everything else sounds like it would look hot.

Just an update, I just ordered the midnight grill from Rick at Riverside and I'm going to order the FI exhaust on monday. Rick and Tony are both nice guys by the way. Also, I think I'm going to get the tails tinted at the same time I do the other mods.

sounds like some good mods...definitely debadge the I N F I N I T I off the trunk lid...it's just too redundant...not only is there a mt. fuji emblem but a spelling out of it? i know infiniti is proud of their stuff...but jeez, it just looks tacky...with the mt. fuji and the g35 on there, it looks like most luxury mobiles...emblem in the center, type of car on the right...

I totally agree with you on the debadging, I'll do all this when class are over in a couple of weeks.

Personally, I think these midnight grills make our car look cheap. I do like the debadging, but don't really think it makes the car look better -just different. Upgrading exhaust is great in my book. No matter what, whatever you're happy with counts the most. Have fun.

I think in the 4+years of being in the honda scene i've ever saen more than a handful of debadged civics.

+1 I like the trunk the way it is. Debadging makes no improvements aesthetically to me....only plus I could see is making it easier to do the back end during waxing.

I'm also not a big fan of this midnight grille. It SCREAMS Altima, and I just don't see why anyone would want that. However, I think the tinted tails will look great (I'm considering this myself) and you can't ever go wrong with a good exhaust, haha.

Good luck with it
