Finally tinted...

This certainly doesn't stop the many that get 5% - 15%. Hell, I had 5% on my old car, and in 3 years only got pulled over 3x. I haven't put a tint on my G, been knuckling around with the decision for a while now. If I do get tint, I'll be 20% or 25%.

i had 20% all around on my saab 9-3 before getting my g35 a few weeks back...I had it for 5 years and never (knock on wood) got pulled over for tint. I am debating on what to do with the new ride. I like the look of 35%, i think it looks classy. I am afraid if i go with 20% it would look to dark. Does any one have an example of 20% on their black g35?
**edit- i live in kansas city and its legal to have 35% front and 20% back

Looks good man! Did you put on 35% film? or did you put on the amount necessary to reach the metered 35% VLT? I put on 35% film on sides and 20% on rear windshield.... came out darker than i thought it would (the graphite interior doesn't help much either :/ ) I really hope i don't get pulled over by cops.

not to thread jack or anything.. but my back windows are 20% my front are 35%... I live on the kansas side but i figured it was close enough to state lines to get away with abiding by missouri tint laws

the rear passenger sides are 20% ? ...or just the rear windshield? It looks like you have a light interior tho... so it doesn't look as dark.

Tint looks nice and legal. I got 5% all around on all my cars i've had in florida never had any problems. Tint makes a big difference in looks, interior UV, (damage not to mention your own) and privacy.
Do you have a pic of the back around the 3rd tailight? I'd like to see how it looks. My tinter apparently wasn't 'able' to. LAZY. I paid $140 tip included for 5 windows at 5%. $330 seems absurd. Am I just in a better place I think the most I knew a friend to pay way $200 but that was a R and R.
