Has anyone ever tried this SoundGate M2 mobile device mount (for phones/GPS, etc)?

I was wondering if anyone has tried this and if there are any opinions out there about it. I was thinking about getting it because I have little room for my phone in my car, and it would also come in handy for the GPS. I don't like to stick things to my windshield because it leaves a mark and falls off sometimes. Thanks!

haven't tried yet, but this seems to be the best mount i've ever seen.
I personally hate those windshield mounts..
oh. and this one doesn't look cheap at all.

Yeah, I like it too. I think I'm debating between to the left of my steering wheel (problem there being will that be a weird place for me to look at my GPS when I need to), or just to the right of the silver dash trim around the level of the radio/cd player screen (the prolem there being...is it a bit far to reach easily and will THAT place be a weird place for my GPS?). I feel like those 2 places are less conspicuous to have permanent mounts so no one would break in looking for my GPS (especially since it probably won't be in the car lol)

Anyone attach theirs yet? I think I'm going to go clean my car a bit on the inside and I might end up sticking this on somewhere.

I spent like an hour in the car thinking lol. I attached it to the right of the center dash trim, just below the passenger AC vent. Only other place I was thinking was to a wall around the screen in the center console, but I thought that killed the look too much.

That's the most popular location for the Proclip setup as well.
I like Proclip's quality, but the mount and bracket add up to $70-

I agree, ProClip is to expensive for what it is. That's why I made this...

Two months and still sits very tightly in the joint without any adhesives.
