I have an 07 g35s and was wondering if there's any way to play video through the aux with my blackberry bold 9780.. It seems to play audio fine but I'm not getting any video. Do I need a special cable. I'm currently using a cable that goes into my headphone jack on the BB and has 3 rca outputs.

If your BB doesn't output video, there's no way around it.

can anyone recommend a good, small (and inexpensive) mp3 player that will allow me to watch video through the aux port in my car?

BlackBerry hardware will not allow for the output of video and, as a result, an App won't help either. The upcoming RIM Playbook will...in 1080P HD via mini HDMI port. A little overkill for our 7inch screens, lol

The older iPod videos (5th Gen) will even do (I have a 60GB) and works great. You could probably find one pretty cheap online.

edit: I'm pretty sure a Zune will work as well.
