use the armorall classic protectant solution. works on plastics vinyls and everything else in the car not leather. i use Meguars leather spray with a microfiber/terry cloth towel on my seats, center console and leather on my doors

I don't care for Armor All very much... just my opinion.

I use Vinylex on my dash and plastic parts. It goes on easy, doesn't streak, doesn't dry out the materials like some alcohol based solutions tend to do, and isn't a dust magnet either.
Looks great without any nasty overly shiny residue as well.

Armor all is some of the worst stuff you can use.

Get some 303, best stuff you can use. The vinylex is good too, but leaves a shine you may not want on the dash (reflections/glare). The 303 will leave a nice matte finish.

+1 on the 303, it is all I will use now. It doesn't leave that greasy looking mess that some others do. I have never tried vinylex but it has got to be better then armor all.

It's great. I like it because I can buy it right down the street and it really does work very well.
303 takes a little more effort for me to obtain.

No I can't say I blame you there Scott, I try to wait until I need a few detailing supplies before I place an order because of the shipping. It really isn't worth it for a single item.

Thanks for the info guys, getting ready to detail my G for the first time since I got it a few weeks ago and I really wasn't excited about spraying Armor All in it. I know the manufacturers of Vinylex is Lexol which also makes leather cleaning products. Anyone have any suggestions for recommended products for our nice leather seats?

I found 303 locally at a Marina/Boat store.
