I think we all know there's life outside of the U.S., no need to be a douche..
And normally, people who use KILOMETERs use km after the numerical value.. ie 140km..

Yea, I guess it wasn't a problem with the previous gen G35, but ours are pretty fickle.. some get away with it no problems, and some cannot do it without the dealer intervening to fix the high idle issue.

Yea I don't blame you one bit lol I talked to my infiniti dealer he said he would do it for 100 I thought let me save some money and do it myself

But an update took it to a local shop he was it for 3 hours he said to me the problem is in order to do it he has to get the rpm within +- 200 of 650 he coudent they have a tech they can call he did the tech told him to unplug the injectors even then that dint work. So I went to buddys house. Like 30 mind later they fell down to about 850 900 so im not going to turn my car on till tom. See if that does anything

I've heard of some dealers wanting to charge $200 to clean the tb's. But I guess if you are still under warranty you can act dumb and they will reset your idle issue? Or can you just tell them you cleaned the tb's and they will still fix your idle issue under warranty? I was getting ready to do mine in the next month...

basically the buildup of sludge and/or oil in your throttle bodies causes turbulent airflow or impedes airflow as well as can introduce garbage into your cylinders. in our cases we see it causes the RPMs to jump around during idling, and some members report reduced gas mileage or reduced throttle response when pressing the gas. cleaning the TB and butterflies just fixes the issue and helps the engine operate better.
