I use Mobil1 w/ Mobil1 filters, mainly because OReillys runs great sales 3-4x a year for 5qts w/ M1 filters for about 30 bucks. I've used it w/ both my Gs (a combined total of 60k miles) and my oil is always at the top of the dipstick when I change it out every 5k miles.

Used Mobil 1 and it burns like hell in my car. Burn close to 3 Qts in 3500 Miles. Been using Castrol Edge in mine and the car responds great to it.

OMG, not another "what oil to use" thread!

Seriously, it seems every forum I come across has like 50 threads on the subject; many of them long and heated. Guys, couldn't we just pick one to sticky and call it a day?

Hmmm, if you're going "extra virgin" you better add some Astroglide
