Congrats! Intake won't get you much if anything, unless you are doing it for looks and sound. You said the brakes are warped, you might as well pick up some new slotted or x-drilled rotors, they can be had pretty cheap. I'd recommend the premium r1's or ocautosports ones. Non sport brakes are smaller, 12.6" front I believe, so maybe a big brake kit might be in order (or maybe you can find some 13" or 14" akebono's from a sport, or g37 sport from a junk yard or used)
There are lots of braces, you can get a front upper, rear, and various lower and frame ones (They are all made by GTSPEC I believe). Since you have the non sport model, sways will make a HUGE difference in suspension performance. There is a group buy going on now in the main V36 sedan thread, sign up for that while you have the chance for a good discount!
If you want more power, look at getting a test pipes or HFC's, and an exhaust system, FI after that if you still aren't happy

From my searching, it said the intake added around 3-10hp. Which is what I normally expect for an intake. IMO, most of it is from removing the flex pipe. Which I thought about just trying to replace it, and leave the stock airbox?
I thought about slotted rotors. I'm staying away from x-drilled because they tend to crack on daily use atleast on some of the other cars Ive had. I have a 100k warranty, so I'm not doing a full brake replacement.... or anything that would void the warranty.
Most of all, I have to sell my old car, and pay sales tax on this one before I do anything!
Must search on the hfc thing, dunno what that is.
