I did this a while back and took it out but all you have to do is run the rca cables for audio and video and then get power.. you will need a 300 watt + ac to dc converter that runs directly from your battery (the 360 draws a lot of power) (I have one if you want it and will sell it for 50 bucks). Also you will have to get creative with the dvd drive in the xbox because if you use it while driving it will scratch the disk the full circle that you get when you move and xbox thats on). What I did was take apart the dvd drive and put think foam on top to prevent the disk from rocking side to side.

So the screen will work? All I need is the right power source? And smart thinking with the foam. All I want is game play, not dvds

yeah the screen is fine. and yep thats right a 4 or 8 guage power wire / ground wire and a converter. and by dvd player I meant the disk reader.. same thing as watching dvds you still need to balance the disk to prevent ruining the disk/laser

Good luck getting this to work, video will only play when stationary.

its honestly fine.. I sometimes played 4 way split screens and none of my friends complained that they couldn't see what was going on. where are you located man? I could help you out with this install very easily. Anything with car electronics is my area of specialty. I can do whatever you want. install the xbox connected to the main screen, install headrest monitors, visor monitors etc etc etc... I had an n64 integrated in my car with the ports in the rear ash tray with two headrest monitors and two visor monitors then I went to a 360 and used an amplified av distribution device and sent the video to all 5 screens.

Its not the biggest screen ever but its possible. And I guess the correct way to do it would be to have 4 screens with 4 xboxes in system link so that every player has a full screen lol.. thats more of a pimp my van type thing though
