For some reason my passenger side rear window is stuck down. When i try to roll it up I hear nothing....like the motor is broke or something. Anyone have any input on this?

 

are you still under warranty? can have the dealers fix it.

 

window motor is dead dude. your best bet is to take it to your local infiniti service dealership.

 

I had this exact issue and i made a youtube video on how i fixed it:

I essentially tore out the main switch on the front drivers door and got into the motherboard that controls all windows. I then took a qtip and some isopropnol alcohol and cleaned the board along with the rubber piece thats used to direct the buttons to move the windows. After i reassembled it, the window worked again.

I thought my motor was shot because there was no noise when pushing the button, HOWEVER this has hapoened to me on multiple occasions. I believe there was some dirt/moisture blocking the circuit and either preventing me from rolling up, or keeping the window on the down motion.
