There is nothing wrong w/ used. Just get the Injen CAI. Most of the parts on my car is used. You save money that way.

The Injen CAI is going to be swapped out for my stock intakes with new air fliters($50) and have to pay $100 to his mechanic for swap or buy Fujita for $150 and keep my stock intakes to

Is this from the Craigslist ad? 100 bucks is a LOT to swap out intakes.

just buy the used intake. its just a pipe, you can clean it super easily and make it work just like new.

How much more to keep your stock intakes for later? You might want those.
