Q on low tire light?

ok, tires were between 31-34psi, which matches what bigham stated.
Started the car twice. Still on. Does the car have to be running x time, or be drove x miles before it will trigger off?

I think you have to go a certain speed for a length of time to make it go off...like 35+ or something...
WHS - you have to take it for a drive for the system to read the tire pressure.
It's in the owners manual, section 2
"Low tire pressure warning:
If the vehicle is being driven with low tire pressure, the warning light will illuminate. When the low tire pressure warning light illuminates, you should stop and adjust the tire pressure to the recommended
COLD tire pressure shown on the Tire and Loading Information label. The low tire pressure warning light does not automatically turn off when the tire pressure is adjusted. After the tire is inflated to the recommended pressure, the vehicle must be driven at speeds above 16 MPH (25 km/h) to activate the TPMS and turn off the low tire pressure warning light. Use a tire pressure gauge to check the tire pressure."

mine always goes on and stays on once the temp gets a lil cooler here...even if by the afternoon its back to being hot again it will stay on until they get more air.
