Well, I'm still surprised by the relatively low torque numbers you're getting, and it still seems like a lot of money invested for those returns. Regardless, all that matters is that you are happy.
260~261 and 200~201ftlbs so $400 for 15hp and tq.

Johnny said most autos start out with under 200 ftlbs of torque and around 245 or so hp at the wheel stock from what hes seen. also we had intake temps of around 105f. he invited me to come back in the winter to see what it makes when its colder outside. hes thinking probably in the 280s.

these HR motors are tougher to get power out of than the previous DE engine. Im curious to see what would have happened if he would have taken timing out the first time we tuned.

Come on man, you're really not going to consider the Stillen Gen 3 intake and your FI exhaust mods into that number?

i never dynoed it stock. if we want to take into effect all mods, looking at this 2008 sedan with just JWT pop chargers and stock exhaust, it maxed at 225hp on a dyno dynamics dyno, which reads higher than a mustang dyno, although this was in kuwait so we can assume air intake temps were pretty high. lets assume stock was at 220-230 or so on the mustang dyno, that would mean from my exhaust and tune only i had gained around 30-40hp. the addition of an intake that added another 15hp which is more than expected from stillen.

Well, I hate to burst your bubble, but there's no way your mods have added a total of 45 to 55whp to your car. First off, you can't draw ANY meaningful conclusions (unless you're trying to make yourself feel better) from a comparison with: another car, another dyno type, another day, another continent, etc. etc. My guess would be that your mods prior to the tune made next to nada, and then with the original tune you picked a few more, then went with the Stilled G3 and re-tuned to a max of around 15-20whp over stock. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm just sayin (cuz apparently I'm just all negative like that).
