Goodbye G35..

For anyone curious of the story:
Just casually waiting at the stoplight and then some a**hole running away from the cops rear ends me going 60mph, causing me to hit the SUV in front of me. The car that hit me had 4 guys who ended up running away, luckily the driver got caught. He was only 18... but I am only 16 so that isnt much better. Anyways, goodbye G35.. you will be missed. Oh and I have full coverage so in a year or 2, I am going to get a G37.

OUCH!!!! hope everyone walked away fine! good thing is that it wasnt ur fault so insurance pays off the lien and no insurance rate hikes... hope everything works out for the better.

isnt the second rear ending ruled as your fault? ive heard of that happening. they say you were to close to the vehicle in front?

not necessarily. I was in a similar accident only I was the first one in line so i was only rear ended. the guy who rear ended me was sandwiched. The offending car who did the initial hitting paid for both of our vehicles as he was at fault. I asked the officer who responded this same very question and he said not the guy who didn't control his vehicle is at fault for all cars. maybe different per state or up to the officers discretion.

Wow! Thank god there were no injuries. Just in case, Infiniti is running promotions on the current G, may wanna keep an eye on it rather than waiting a year or 2.
