Analog clock not keeping time

I am having a problem with my analog clock keeping time. It seems to go ahead about five minutes every day for the past week. I'm starting with pulling the negative battery terminal for about an hour to see if that helps but I was wondering if anyone else had had similar issues and if so, how they were able to fix it. Has anyone taken the clock out and replaced it ? If so, how? Any help is appreciated.

^^ Hmmm, that seems odd, as I believe it is actually a digital clock, made to show an analog mechanical movement..

Well, that's not very comforting. Ant suggestions ?

^^ Yeah, that's what I'd try; just getting a used one for cheap and trying it out.
