My headlights are jacked up!
My sedan has about 64,000 on it now and a couple weeks ago I noticed one of orange bulbs in my headlights was out. The bulb is about $16 online. How common is this problem, and how difficult is it to change the bulb? Should I expect the other one to go out soon or is this a fluke?
Also my housings are starting to look terrible. They have gathered some deep scratches that I made worse when I attempted to restore them. I've done some searching online but don't see any places just selling the lens.

You can just replace one light bulb.
As for the hazing you can sand it with low grit sand paper and polish it after and it will look good as new.
If they are not to bad you can use toothpaste on a towel and clean them, it will remove some of the hazing and yellowing
good luck

If you are replacing one bulb, it makes sense to replace the other at the same time. Bulbs lose brightness over time, most people don't change them until they go out completely.
Also, you definitely want to replace them at the same time so the light output matches. Otherwise you'll end up having one side brighter than the other, or slightly different color.
If you are looking for LEDs, shoot me a PM and I'll get you taken care of!
Thanks,
Nick C.

Thanks for the help all. I'm guess I'm gonna look around for a detailer in my area and see if they think the scratches can be sanded out.
Thanks, makes sense to do them both at once. Do you sell a LED replacement for that light or are you referring to the tail lights?
