G37 trunk lip deck spoiler thingie?

So I have a 07 G35x which comes with just the regular chrome lip thing on the trunk where the trunk button is. I noticed some new G37 sedans have the OEM spoiler (looks like a lip) that sticks flush with the trunk (not the Sport spoiler that has a gap between the spoiler and trunk). I was wondering if anyone done the conversion? I really want it but unsure where to buy it or if it'll fit. Thanks.

I've done mine. It sits flush ish like 99% and requires 2 extra holes

I just installed a Stillen Spoiler that is similar to the OEM one.

I really love it and it is good fitment, only need double sided for install, no drilling. Still looks OEM and sits flush with the chrome piece.
