Wind noise issue

Wind noise issue
I hsbe a very annoying wind noise like over 40 or so and not sure if it’s the windshield or the vent where the air is coming through. Any thoughts?its definitely coming from the bottom front dash area.
I believe I had the windshield replaced once so I’m hoping it would be that as I could just get that replaced again no charge.
Yes I’ve already turned off all ac heat etc and still there.

Remove your wiper blades and wrap the j-hooks in electrical tape so they don't damage the windshield, go for a drive. It's amazing how loud some wipers are. Also verify the front cowling piece that covers the wiper motors isn't damaged and missing clips. Remove and inspect for debris like pieces of leaves.
