Annoying Buzz Sound at 1200-1400RPM?? 08G35xs

I have this annoying buzzing sound that occurs whenever I'm coasting through the city at 1200-1400rpm but more on the 1200rpm side. At the beginning, it would happen occasionally so I didn't pay much attention to it. It has reached the point where it always happens whenever I hit the mentioned RPMs. It has also started to buzz when I'm sitting at the stop light! It comes from the driver side but I have no idea if it is an electronic issue or a mechanical one. I know I have a small hole in the exhaust, so I don't know if that is the reason why the buzzing is happening...I have a CBE coming soon.

I have included two video clips where I recorded the buzz sound. Please use the highest quality for the videos in order to hear the sound. YouTube messed the quality of my recordings. It's louder in real life than the videos make it to be.

Any ideas??

Ok I remember the problem being something like... adhesive used inside the ductwork??? Or something wierd like that. I'm sure someone else will chime in what the problem was

That does sound pretty weird. What ductwork are we talking about? Do you mean they put adhesive in a place where they shouldn't have? Any ideas where can I look?

Anybody else know about this??

Ok here's a link to the TSB I was thinking of, apparently it's particulates in the coolant system that make noise as they pass through the heater core. May or may not be what you're hearing but you should be able to confirm if it's your problem just by listening around for exactly where it's coming from.
