If you do it yourself you might as well replace the timing chain/tensioners and the oil galley gasket while you've got the front of the car off.

Pretty easy, just watch a couple videos along with the FSM so you know which way to put slack on the chain. Also, pull the spark plugs so it doesn't try to crank back on the chain, if you screw up and jump a tooth on the timing chain then you have to disassemble the front of the engine to fix it.

What he said. This happened to me a few years ago and I ended up having to pull the front cover off.
